At BPI, we want you to be completely satisfied with your beauty experience. If you are not 100% happy with your purchase, you can return or exchange any unopened and unused products within 30 days of delivery.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Log in to your account and navigate to the order history section to select the items you wish to return and receive a Return Authorization Number.

  Pack Your Items

  Securely place the unused beauty products in their original packaging, ensuring all protective seals are intact to qualify for a full refund.

• 3.
  Ship It Back

  Affix the prepaid shipping label provided via email to your package and drop it off at any authorized courier location.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our quality control team inspects the returned items, your refund will be processed back to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
